automatic green sand moulding plant is equipped with a jolting moulding machine with four pouring lines, automatic plate changing, flasks measuring 860 x 580 x 300 + 300 mm, and can produce up to 45 flasks per hour.

Destined for the production of small and medium series castings weighing up to 100 kilograms, the automatic green sand moulding plant is complemented by a horizontal axis mixer that ensures consistent characteristics of the moulding sand and rigidity of the moulds, with the necessary dimensional consistency of the produced parts.
