AUTOMATIC NO-BAKE MOULDING

The automatic moulding line at Fonderia Quaglia e Colombo in Legnano (Milan) guarantees the highest flexibility: up to four patterns can be put into production simultaneously, with flasks whose dimensions can range from 670 x 800 x 210 + 210 mm to 1770 x 1600 x 650 + 650 mm.

The fully automated movements have millimetric precision, which minimises the possibility of error. Moreover, they allow us to produce castings that are typically made by hand, with weights of up to 1400 kg.
