  • Automatic No-Bake Moulding: this highly versatile plant allows for the simultaneous production of up to 4 different patterns. Thanks to moulding in flasks, it adapts perfectly to castings of significantly varying sizes. The maximum flask size is 1770x1600x650+650 mm, and castings of up to 1300 kg can be poured 


  • Manual No-Bake Moulding: the manual moulding department is dedicated to the production of large castings or very small batches. It is equipped with a continuous mixer with a capacity of 20 tonnes/hour and a large set of flasks with dimensions of up to 4500x2000 mm 


  • Automatic Green Sand Moulding: this plant is designed for the production of small to medium series castings. It features a jolting moulding machine, 4 pouring lines, and can produce up to 45 flasks/hour. The flask dimensions are 860x580x300+300 mm, and components weighing up to 100 kg can be poured 


  • Melting Department: our cast irons are produced using two electric induction furnaces with capacities of 5 tonnes and 15 tonnes, ensuring a production capacity of 4000 tonnes per year. Learn more about the cast iron melting process.
  • Core Shop: our core shop is equipped with a continuous mixer with a capacity of 5 tonnes/hour for the moulding of cores using the No-Bake system. The production of cores using cold-box and shell-moulding systems is outsourced to qualified suppliers


  • Laboratory: we are equipped to provide customers with all the chemical and physical characteristics of the materials produced, including chemical analysis, hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, resilience, and hardness. Any non-destructive testing such as US, MT, RX, etc., is entrusted to qualified external laboratories 


  • Pattern Shop: the creation of new patterns is entrusted to external pattern shops, with which we have collaborated for years, equipped with CNC machines. As for any modifications, plate mounting, routine, or extraordinary maintenance, we operate an in-house traditional pattern shop where specialised technicians ensure maximum precision in every task.
